Smoking, Vaping, or use of E-Cigarettes of any kind is not permitted on the Property, except in designated smoking areas.
There are three designated smoking areas around the Property:
- Upper Plaza, just South of the 1CAL building.
- Upper Plaza behind the water stage, between Angel’s Flight and Elevator 33.
- Lower Plaza, East of Starbucks by the stairs leading to Olive Street.

City National 2CAL’s Auto Amenity Bay provides tenants with a commercial vacuum, tire inflation station, a windshield washing station, and recycle bins.
The Auto Amenity Bay is located in the California Plaza Garage, P-2.
For the convenience of our tenants, City National 2CAL has a Bicycle Storage Room located in P2 parking Level available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Entry to the Bicycle Room is controlled by access card. Use of the bicycle racks and lockers are for day-to-day use; long-term use is not permitted. For access to the Bicycle Room, please submit the City National 2CAL Bicycle Locker & Storage Room Facility User Agreement to Property Management.

City National 2CAL has partnered with ChargePoint to provide our tenants and visitors access to EV charging stations to charge their electrical vehicles at the Property. ChargePoint is the world’s largest network of independently owned and operated EV charging stations, with over 23,000 charging stations worldwide, which provide drivers access to charge on-the-go.
Our EV charging stations are located on Parking Garage’s P2 Level at the Olive Street entrance. The charging stations are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and require a ChargePoint account before usage. City National 2CAL Tenants can take advantage of discounted EV Charging at the Property.

• Parking: Charging station parking is reserved for electric vehicles only. Cars must be moved to your company’s designated parking area after charging is complete.
• Station Reservations: Reserve a charging session with the ChargePoint App or Sign Up for a ChargePoint account.

The City National 2CAL conference room, or “Emergency Training Center,” is located on the South side of the Lower Plaza level.
The ETC is available for reservations Monday-Friday, from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on a first come, first serve basis, with a minimum of a 3-hour reservation.
The ETC accommodates up to 40 people and we can arrange tables and chairs to your specifications (see attached for arrangement examples). There are two large monitors, one conference phone and WiFi available for use in the conference room. The wireless network can accommodate up to 10 computers simultaneously. For a complete list of the amenities available in the conference room please contact the Property Management Office at 213-625-3525.
HVAC will be provided as part of your reservation request, but additional fees apply for afterhours HVAC outside the hours of 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday-Friday. Doors will be accessible 15 minutes prior to your reservation and will be secured 15 minutes after your event.
Reservations may be submitted in Angus up to 30 business days in advance and may not exceed 5 days monthly. All reservations must be submitted no later than two (2) business days in advance. See the Angus instructions (attached) section for instruction on how to submit a reservation request.
