Adopting an ergonomically-friendly workspace can reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders associated with these behaviors. This presentation educates about the benefits of having an ergonomically-friendly workspace as well as how to adapt their own space into one. You will also learn the importance of proper posture.

• The prevalence of sugar in modern diets leads to addictive relationships with sweets, creates imbalances in the body, and results in fluctuating blood sugar levels. Bringing the body and mind back into a balanced relationship with sugar can help maintain a healthy weight, reduce the risk of illness, boost energy, and stabilize moods. This presentation explains how to break the sugar habit and lead a more nutritionally-balanced life.​
