She is a firm believer in high-quality care and prides herself in strengthening the human-animal bond.

Wednesday, September 2ndVirtual Boxing 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
This class focuses on boxing techniques and total body conditioning. Each interval is three minutes long to imitate real boxing rounds. Each round has a mix of shadow boxing, core, and lower/upper body exercises. Dumbbells, resistance bands, and jump ropes are used during the class. Participants can expect a great total body workout and to learn some self-defense!
Take your everyday makeup to the next level so you look your best on camera. We’ll discuss lighting and camera angles, and we’ll cover a list of pro techniques to make your face POP such as bronzer, contouring/highlighting, and brow shaping.
