City National 2CAL provides quality Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) to the tenants in the building. Hours of HVAC operation vary depending on individual tenant leases but are typically 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

After hours HVAC is available at an hourly rate with a four (4) hour minimum.  To request after-hours HVAC, please submit a work ticket via Angus at least 1 business day in advance.

If your suite, or part of your suite, is too hot or too cold, please submit a request via Angus. Our engineers will adjust the temperature so that it is comfortable for you and within building standards (70° F – 74° F).

Note:  Please inform your staff that per L.A.F.D. Fire Code individual “Space Heaters” are not authorized on the Property.

City National 2CAL’s HVAC system is on a Direct Digital Control System (DDC).  DDC allows our engineers to remotely control the temperature in each part of your suite.  You will likely not see an engineer in your suite adjusting the temperature; rest assured, our staff will fulfill your requests to decrease/increase the temperature to Building Standards as requests are received.  When making your request, please be specific about which area of your suite you would like the temperature changed.
